This philosophy guided our founders to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with Vaathsalyam Associates LLP – a venture to create different formats and brands of healthy and tasty cuisines. This company is the brainchild of two young Engineer brothers – D V Vaman and D V Keshav from Pune, founded to fulfil their passion for service in the food industry and build a global brand. They are ably supported by their mother, Padmaasani Ranganath- a science graduate, and a post graduate in Sanskrit, practising Karma-Bhakti-Gyana Vedanta. The founders are earnest in directing their innate interest in the field of food sciences towards serving the community to enjoy a wholesome and beneficial eating experience.
Pancha-Sattva, the second brand of Vaathsalyam, celebrates vegetarian cuisines of Southern India and brings to your table tasty and nutritious dishes. Armed with over 35 years of their mother’s knowledge & understanding of all the five southern states’ culture and cuisines, the dedicated and hardworking young brothers are on a mission to deliver varied sattvic and healthy vegetarian cuisines, made from authentic and high-quality ingredients from all the five South Indian states, through the brand Pancha-Sattva.
The brand name is inspired by the dual concept: Pancha- which in Sanskrit means a vast, vivid spread as well as five. It also has a lot of spiritual significance with the concept of five elements or the pancha mahabhuta. This idea of Pancha strongly captures our offerings from all the five southern states; and the second concept is Sattva -which is best defined as light, goodness and purity in Sanskrit.
Sattvic food helps boost energy, happiness, calmness, and mental clarity in an individual. These meals are vegetarian, fresh and nutritious; which while being wholesome, are light on the stomach, promote good digestion, uplift your immune functions, and infuse balance with harmony.
